what sould i diet for hepatitic c

dear friends i have hepatitic c and it is in my blood still but it isnt decay my liver or activate in my live
so can u tell me what is the diet of hepatitic c.and can i do excersice and iam a bodybuilder and i go to gym also and want to use protain supplement to gain my body.so this is my emill if anybody know about this so please emill me and it will be kind of u.

You want to avoid anything that is known to do potential harm to your liver. The most important thing to avoid is alcohol. You also want to try to have a healthy diet, not too rich in fatty foods.

As I'm sure you know, excessive use of protein supplements can cause stress on the liver, and even some pretty serious problems. You should limit your use of protein shakes. Do not over do it. From your post, I can't tell how serious you are as a body builder. In your situation, you don't want to be extreme. It's probably better to focus on general cardiovascular health and appropriate muscle mass, rather than go full bore in terms of bulking up. Sorry. I know how much fun the body building can be. But don't go crazy with the supplements. They can damage your liver.
