what to do about fluctuating levels of sgpt when on imuran

40 yr female.life long usage of blood thinners due to dvt/pe. Diagnosed with vasculitis/Wegener/ AIH, docs can't confirm coz liver biopsy can't be conducted due to blood thinners n bleeding issues. Sgpt keeps on fluctuating, on imuran 150mg n deltacortil 5mg since 4yrs. If delta is increased sgpt goes down, have gallstones also. Anca ana everything normal, in lft only sgpt ffluctuates rest remains normal. Cholesterol is 179.
What to do? How to normalize sgpt so steroids can be stopped.
