Both Teleprivir & Boceprevir are being currently used in Paris Hospitals. My hepatologist is at the Hopital Paul Brousse where they are currently treating HCV patients with Boceprevir - as standard treatment, not trials.
I have a couple of friends who go to different Paris hospitals where they participated in Teleprivir trials in 2009 - 2010 and I think those hospitals might be offering Teleprivir as standard treatment by now. I will ask my doctor whether Hopital Paul Brousse has decided to go with the Boceprevir treatment for all HCV patients or whether they offer Teleprivir as well.
I see most of the comments are addressing trials in the US, but by your question I understood that you were looking for Teleprivir currently in use anywhere in the world. Sorry if I misunderstood this.
These are what I found while I was digging around for help fast.

Should be ready and FDA approved in June or July.....you will be fine until then. No drinking and no smoking. Eat a well balanced fat free diet. Don't despair....we're with you !

Try and hang in there a few more months. should be released this summer.
Typically HCV is a slow moving disease. A few months shouldn't matter. Why the urgency?
There have also been recent attempts chronicled in here by members that appealed to the FDA and Vertex for compassionate release; and again, to no avail. If you find a channel, I’m sure many would appreciate the info,
