How can I raisemy white blood cell count without drugs?  Is there a natural way besides sleep, eating right and exercising?

If your WBC count is low because of tx there is no way to raise the levels enough without a Drug or reducing your dose of Interferon.
I am going through that now and while eating working out and getting rest help they are no match for the Interferon.
If I am wrong I would love to know the way to raise em without drugs.

Currently, my white cells are down to 1.2.  I haven't gone on any additional drugs to stop it.  Hopefully, it will level off.

With that number it would have to be WBC also see her original post.

It isn't you total WBC count that matter's as much as Your ANC, which is the combination of your total WBC count plus 2 other types of white blood cells that show your, "at risk factor" for infection and viruses.

                Hope this helps

Thanks for the advice although it is disappointing.  I'll get more info and come back with more stats.
