white cells and ALT

When having the virus (hep B and hep C) does your elevated ALT and white cell count go to NORMAL...ever or should I ask....only 8 weeks after liver failure..still never recovering fully..still sick..even that pain in my right side...GO TO ER with simular complaints..except not real yellow...BLOOD TEST COMING BACK....normal white cells and ALT isnt elevated at ALL...is that possible???

I've also heard that ALT levels can be normal even when in ESLD...which is why I always get mad when doctors base how your HCV is doing by the ALT levels.

It's definitely possible to have normal ALT levels and white cell counts with Hepatitis C.

I don't anything about Hepatitis B, except that I was told to get vaccinated for it after my Hepatitis C diagnosis.

Sorry to hear about your co-infection. What do you mean by "eights weeks after liver failure?"
