Antibiotics

My aunt is trying to convince me that the reason my cousin got hepatitis was because of her use of two different antibiotics for a throat infection. I have never heard that, she was furious because I told it was not possible. I know that the long time use of some medications can cause liver damage. but I have never heard of Hepatitis being caused by antibiotics for Strep Throat. Am I right or an I missing something here.
