Thats terrific news ! Happy New Year to you as well.  I am 6 weeks post tx..did 48 weeks, still not had my PCR since stopping, my my doctor has now left the practice, so have to make some decisions on what to do now.. Let PCP handle running the tests and copy me on them so I know if detectable or not ?  then from there.. Not sure yet..

Forgot to add this to last post.  oooooops!

A Happy, Healthy, SVR-2008 to you, DP.

I would be so antsy about my SVR I would pay for it out of pocket, if need be.  If your Dr. left the practice, there should be a covering physician for him, at least to order your PCR.

If not, I'd make your PCP do it.

But You ARE gonna be SVR.

hugs,

wyntre
