LMaO....I have a little a...perhaps I am in euphoric happiness with no cluster headaches or the flu.  Seems to happen that way. It is late, even here on the left coast, besides the not being able to sleep for days.  Glad you got on..LOL  omg...I really am.  LOL

Like I said, after the 4PM cluster and the 4am cluster headache,  without one I feel good. The body pain is gone and all is well.  Hope you are doing well, huh?

Thanks, Jim.  I did send her that comment you made on the 2nd suggestion.  I'll cut and paste her again, what you said just now.  And thanks, for helping Lauri, by contacting Medhelp along w/me.  Maybe between the 2 of us, we'll get her back on here!

I just contacted MH on Laure's behalf, so hopefully that will help. Tell her to sit tight and she'll be back here before that Harley of hers starts up :)

I then suggest that Laurie forgot all that and contact Med Help directly with the email address I gave in my previous post. Again, it's" Support AT MedHelp.org" but of course, substituting "AT" with "@" and removing all the spaces to conform to a normal email address.

I'm sure their technical person will be happy to walk her through the procedure. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll be glad to contact MH on Laurie's behalf. And do say "hi" to her from me and tell her one possible reason is that they don't want any more biker's here :)

I just got an email from Laurie and she told me to relay the following to you:

Tell jmjm I have done the 'contact us' thing about 20 times and the 'report lost password' at least 4 and it won't take any name I type in for a new name, even with a different e-mail address!

Whoops. I guess that got filtered out. Try this email and substitute "AT" with "@" with no spaces inbetween.

She and I both tried to click on 'contact us' and it bombed out on both of us.   We just need Medhelp to send her an email.

She doesn't have to log onto the site in order to contact MedHelp. Tell her to simply go the site (without logging on) and scroll down to the very bottom.
Then click on "contact us" in the very bottom.

Thanks guys, I'll send these on to her.  I think what's happening is that every time she tries to bring up the site, even to notify them, it locks up, which is why she emailed me on my private email.

Once you manage to get a password and log on......

RESET your password to a password that you can remember.  IF you don't everytime you lose your password they issue you yet another unmemorable password.

TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD---
1)  Go to your profile page
2)  Find the "SETTINGS" button; it's on the far right.  Click on it
3)  Reset your password to one you want and can remember
4)  It only takes a minute and makes life so much easier.

She can create a LL1 ID so she can sign on while she waits for Med Help to reset her password.  This is a holiday weekend so she might have to wait until Tuesday.
