About HepC diagnosis and infection chance

Dear all, best wishws to all of u.

Please answer me on the following situation:

1. In first test  patient was diagnosed non-eactive blood for anti HCV.
2. After 1 month and 12 days the patient was diagnosed for  reactive blood for anti HCV.In the mean time getting infected with HCV chance of the patient was very low.
3. 14 days after the second test one person accidentally got a single niddle ***** (by a niddle which was used single time in glucometer for the patient to ***** and collect blood).
4. After 1 month of 2nd test another test was performed and it said non reactive blood for anti HCV.
5. Another test is going on after 1 month of 3rd test.

The patient had never jaundice or liver disease.

My querry is:
1. Is there any chance that the patient may be tested for false positive in the 2nd time test?
2. If the 2nd time test was right is it possible that the patient will clear the virus automatically within 1  month?
3.How is the chance for the person who was pricked by glucometer niddle single time to be infected with HCV? What is the percentage of being infected by such *****?

Please answer me.
All take care and may Allah keep everyone safe.

Or in the 2nd test there was false positive??
