Most of the people im my trial were hard to treat cases,i think this was their idea, they chose the tough ones for a purpose.

Something I just thought of:  You were a re-treater you ALSO treated for only 36 weeks with the boceprevir.  Now that's something for everyone to be excited about if re-treaters can not only SVR but also do it in less time with a PI thrown in.  It's exciting to be involved in all this new science.

SVR is a good thing to achieve .The pay off is massive, just the stress lifted of my mind is  a high in itself.Im still trying to absorb it all...it sures feel cool and very relaxing to have  glass of red wine with my meals again,i honestly think some  wine wine with  a meal is actually VERY healthy...ask the father of medicene,Hipprocates...he was gung ho on the stuff,.Its like with anything in life, its all good......in moderation....do i deserve SVR...?
By how i will behave going forward now and trying to help my brothers and sisters and enjoying the rest of my 75 years i have left.will determine if i deserve SVR..BTW...i plan to live to 125

As long as we're quoting the scriptures I'll paraphrase Hebrews 13:8 - "Jesus Christ. It's the same thing yesterday, today, and forever."

Its always nice when someone gets to SVR specially when a relapser does it.

Big congrats !!

About the wine.
Here is a bible vers for you!!
eph 5:18

"And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;"

Can you dig!!!

Ps here is one for the pizza aswell ! philipians 3 :19

"Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is on earthly things"

Update on the little celebration i had yesterday, the red wine and whole wheat pizza went down pretty good,i really enjoyed it,but i found the wine made me too relaxed after drinking a glass or 2,its a  good way to get a good sleep...i dont think i will be making this a habit, ill just have a couple glasses on special occassions now....birthdays and xmas times etc,Im taking mt DOCS advice. i want my liver now to regenerate.I have a good feeling after 2 TX`s and no alchol for 5 years my liver may be in a lot better shape than when i first started out back in 2005.

Congratulations Rocker. It couldn't have happened to a more prolific poster :)

"I actually broke down and used some tissues today after getting the good news"
I'm gonna file that one under too much information. Just be sure to clean off the nightstand before company comes over.

PS Why does JD call you Floyd?
