Thank you for all of your sincere condolences. My Grammy passed peacefully on Thursday morning at 3:20am. I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you but as you can imagine we have been very busy. My Mom and I have been preparing a slideshow for Grammy’s memorial…we have been having a wonderful time going through thousands of old family photos spanning 100 years and reminiscing about our many happy family fun times. It has been such a great comfort to be reminded of the many years of love and happiness that we shared. Soon I will post some of the fun photos that we have found…

I am so sorry about your grandmother passing.  I know when we talked the other day that you said it was near and I am truly sorry for your loss.  This is the first that I've heard about that she had actually passed.., since I haven't heard from you since Tues. and all and I just saw this post.  I will pray for you and your family to be comforted during this painful time.  Hold on to your special memories.

OMG, when you spoke of your Gran, she reminded me so much of my Mum.  There is a particular type of woman in that generation of folk who have a  grace that  surrounds everyone they touch and lives on within their families, not only by memory, but by their mentoring us lesser mortals in the ways of love, compromise and all encompassing nurturing.    Her spirit will continue through generations of your family.   Love to you at this time.
