Diet Question-So for good liver health what foods....

herbs, additives, supplements, fluids  tc should one eat/drink and what should one specifically avoid or reduce?

Obviously alcohol is best avoided and bad fats reduced.
Should one frink a lot of fluids or just  a moderate amount

[I'm not sure my viral Hepatitis risk at this time (possibly quite low)  but I think it's best to take corrective measures in my diet anyway, in case I might have to clear it]. I know, I know, I should have thought of this earlier.

I've been hearing some talk that a sweetener/supplement  called Stevia actually has an effect of reducing viral load.  I ibelieve that I saw one or two actual peer-reviewed research papers on it.
