Dry throat and Sore throat

I'm just trying to find out if anyone has had problems with dry mouth/throat and or sore throat. I'm taking Copegas and pegas an have been on treatment since Nov. 27.. Just trying to figure this out.. it can be quite confusing..Thank you

The ribavarin can cause dry throat, hacking cough, dry mouth, mouth sores, etc.

It was one of my worse SX the first 5 or 6 months.  Drink lots of water, use saline solution for nasal passages, try guaffinisin otc decongestent (also known as mucinex) use a humidifier, lozenges and try not to talk too much as that seems to aggravate the condition.

A lot of heppers have the same symptoms so, if it's any consolation, you are not alone.

iam going thru dry mouth i hate this ****. it nakes my tongue burn.. stinks, its finally clearing up after 4 days of this mess with no meds for it..

I started tx 11/23 and my throat is sooo dry and am coughing as well. I find if I dont talk its better too. The corners of my mouth are bleeding and sore. I tried Eucerin for the mouth and it does work.
(Got it in Walgreens where the moisturizers are)
