I cant remember, but did you ever try that Magic Mouth-wash, which a Doc mixes up, for people who are on chemo? It get rid of thrush type infection in mouth and throat, so I would try that on your sores.
I had the mnouth sores a ffew times on Tx, and there is nothing more painful, then trying to eat.
I used this tea-tree oil mouth-wash, but I'm in
NorCal where we have alot of products like that~
I would stay away from acidic foods, mine got worse when I ate a bunch of chewable vitamin C.
It takes a long time to rebuild, etc.
You have no place to go but up now!! You will be back to your old self again. Remember you have been on a long journey, and it will take some time to return to normal again. My hair is thicker than ever now, almost a pain in the butt...hah.
Take it easy and be patient just a little longer.
Most people take a little while to feel better.
As for hair, it has been my experience, that it comes back better than it was before tx.
Hang in there you'll be fine.

i was still very tired for about 3 weeks post tx. it's normal. good luck on your hair growing back. at 36 weeks i has 3" hairs all over. now it's grown more. best wishes. belle
Congratulations on completing treatment! What a huge success! Yes, I think what you're experiencing is normal post tx stuff. There are a lot of threads on this forum about post tx which may help keep you encouraged as they have for me. My hair quit falling out a few weeks after I finished and now it's growing back fast. The whole skin and hair science has been wild.
Again, great job! Try to be patient (I know, it's hard) and take care of yourself....
