My GP just called me. My daughter's PCR test just came back 0. 0 Viral load!!! She does not have hep c after all. She cleared it by herself!!!
Am desperately trying to get hold of her to tell her the good news, but she is not taking her phone. I am dancing, I am howling, I am going bananas!!!

What a relief…. I remember how it felt like a burden had been lifted when my kids came back negative. Now you can stop worrying about her dealing with this virus and total concentrate on getting yourself cleared. I’m so happy for the both of you.

Getting these news are all the better, as we went around for 1 month thinking she had hep c. At least she has been educating herself on the disease and will know what to expect her mom to go through.
I'm so thankful, that all my 5 kids and my husband are negative!

I ditto Laurie...........felt that same joy knowing I didn't pass it to my own children and that I would be able to fully concentrate on getting well myself. I made that deal with God "hey God if you don't let them have it I promise I'll do EVERYTHING possible to get rid of it myself...but only if they don't have it otherwise I'll have to take care of them...".

When I was dx'd May 07, I had all my sons checked in fear I passed at birth, what fear, worry I felt until they all came back clear. I cried when the results came back, happy tears.
I'm so relieved, happy for you both. Very happy news to read.
