Yes, but it's too early to wear white shoes, right?
Bug
LOL. I thought it was a great color on him, very flattering except for tha black shoes don't match :)
I thought I left you a note, but I don't know if it went through or not.
Love the pictures, love the dress, but as I asked in my note
Aren't you worried that it makes you look fat??
Bug
Best thing I ever did, wearing that dress. I'm famous. I have zero karisma so I have to work harder. . . .
LOL.
I want you to know that I showed your picture to a friend and a son.
They now understand some of my odd behavior :)

That is priceless :)
Think I'll ski in a suit on Fathers Day :)
(Honoring my mother for what she did to me: priceless .........soooo, she dressed you in girls dress's ??:)

:)
It was me. I was trying to establish a tradition. All the climbing clubs around here climb Mount St Helens in dresses and ski and snowboard down on Mother's Day. I'm not a climber nor do I have the energy these days. It got a pretty good response out of everyone.
Goodwill dress $7.
Spring ticket at Mt. Bachelor $30.
Double shot expresso to get the courage up $4.
Honoring my mother for what she did to me: priceless
OMIGOD that is not you ?????
I told you ....you sooooo craaaaazy
Time to come out of the closet Scratchin.......it's oooooookay!
TOO funny :)

I wore a dress skiing on mother's day.See my pictures on my profile. It made me ski better, don't know why. . . .
I thought that Trish made a wonderful comment also. She sounds like the kind of person who made a difference in the lives of a lot of kids.
I'm glad your mothers day was so sweet....so was mine.
Bug
That was a nice addition Trish.
I came home to flowers and cards from some of my 'other' children :) I'd missed them so they left in the kitchen.
One bunch was the kids of my friend that passed, her sons...that really topped the day. My sons also just swept them under the arms when she died in 06, it was so heartwarming. We are now their 'home' for the holidays, birthdays and so on.
It was a warm, nice day :)

Happy Mother's Day to all, whatever that means to you. A particularly Happy Mom's Day for those who stepped in for a kid at any time and in any way to fill the gap where his/her parents should have been and weren't or couldn't be, for any reason. A special blessing to you in particular today. Somewhere, a kid remembers what you did and thanks you.
Trish
Hope you all had a great mothers day. Everyday should be mothers day! Enjoy.
Cherish the day!
Happy mothers day to you especially!
My mom died two days after mothers day and I hated this holiday for years!
Couldn't stand looking at all the Mom stuff, and I have 4 children of my own.
I have a perfect grandchild and tho everyone says it, there's nothing like grandkids.
All the stuff that was work, like bathing, changing, and dressing is so sweet the second time around. It reminds me of what a short time I had when they were little because they grow up too soon.
I should have mentioned all the women raising their mothers.....I see that more and more as dementia or illness force the daughter to become the mother and the mothers become the child....
I am just rambling! I need to go to bed and wait for my breakfast to be delivered! (ha)
Hugs,
Bug
A very special Mothers Day to you, for being the wonderful mother you are.
Your kindness, your attitude, your humor, your tireless standing by Nick....with how much hurt you also endure....is just inspirational. You never complain and are always the first to send good thoughts, comforting words. How very much I (we all) admire, praise and look up to you.
You have an all about you Mothers Day and take all the special things you so deserve.
(((((((BIG HUGS)))))))

Oh, you beat me to it :) And quite nicely done.
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY ALL MOMS (and Mr. Mom's)
My most cherished years will always be with my babies :)
I also got Fathers day cards :) (raised 3 alone), they'd say while I was a great mother, they also feared me as they would a tough father, lol!
Once my oldest son hit about 13, became the 'man' of the house, we'd get him fathers day cards. He was 8 years ahead of them and 'fathered' them quite a bit.
I had no mother (long sappy story), than got a very mean step mother! I vowed to be a great mother and feel I have been, also had two step kids for 8 years (still 'my' kids) and made sure the never felt like the 'step kids'. And in July my baby is having my 1st grandchild, a girl :) :) With UND (soon SVR!), all that, life could not be better.
It's a great mothers day :)
