Help!-Finance Hep C

I moved to Montana to reduce stress in my life hoping my medical condition would improve.  I have hep C which has progressed and added cirrhosis.  The viral load went down to undetectable and conditions stayed the same per MRI without change.  the viral load is now back up.  I can't find a job nor do I have health insurance.  It is recommended that I do another round of peg-interon/riboviron which didn't work the first time but to reduce swelling in veins to esophagus stomach.  How am I going to do this?  Last time I worked but that was 5 years ago.  Where to go, what to do?

There are several groups that may be able to help with this,   NYGirl can give you their names and numbers.

I hate that anyone is in this situation,    don't panic and breath, KBM gave you some great numbers to try.

I really hope you get ahold of the right people to assist with your meds, sorry I can't offer any advice but have a question.  You stated that you were undectable, was that 6 months after the last treatment or during treatment?  Thank You

Pegasys has a (ROCHE) program to assist for free meds - or greatly reduced meds.

Check with them.

I'm very sorry to hear about your condition.

There are some programs by Roche and Schering to help ppl with free medication. I don't know what the numbers are, but maybe you can check on their websites. Pegasys and Pegintron.

People are probably still asleep, but will soon chime in.
