what is actually the color of clay color stools? a friend of mine had gray stools. shes been sick a lot and vomiting. also shes an alcoholic.
I wouldn't worry about it, Highly unlikely Hep C, This virus can stay in the body for decades before U see such symptoms!
No, Hep C is passed only by blood contact. I think you're thinking of Hep A. Try the Hep A board.
can you get hep c by other peoples stool?, i mean, i work at a hotel and there are alot of toilets that get overflowed and sometimes with a lot of stool, and i have to clean it up or other co-workers have to, we use gloves but i still am somewhat worried. Can we be exposed to hep c by other peoples bodily fluids? without knowing it? can we get vaccinated? i realy need to know for my safety and my co-workers. thanks!!!!
R U Serious?, If your that worried about it why did you do it?, I wouldn't sweat it, I have Hep C and I still get Tattoos!, These parlors are inspected by the health inspectors, Not like the old day's when they could get away with hell....
The color of my stools went back to normal very next day. Today is a week since i started my tattoo proces and i have stuffy nose and heavy head, something like mild flue or sinus infection. I am scared.....and I have dentist visit today...anotcher chance of hetting hep c.
Try eating a load of beets and see what color your poo changes to!!!! :0 When clay colored stools (or yellow stools) occur, it means your liver has either stopped production of bile (this is what makes your poo brown) or your bile duct is blocked...Neither is a good thing...The orange color in several juices is an artificial food dye and it is difficult for your body to process. The same goes for other colors. Some medications will turn your urine odd colors too. Unless you are having severe abdominal pain, or a sudden unexplained illness, I don't believe you have much to worry about...If you have had tats in the past, or have had high risk behavior that you may have had a blood exposure from, get your blood tested for hep C...Just so you know, my only exposure was a contaminated needle scratch across my palm. It was enough to infect me and the only symptoms I had was a cranky gallbladder and slightly elevated liver enzymes...MM
Never been screened for hep but have regular blood work done with liver enzymnes and so on. They were up once like 5 years ago and then normal. Otherwise, i do not experience any other symptoms besides my GAD of course.
Clay colored stools is a sign of advanced liver disease. You could not get that sick in 2 days. Have you ever screened for the disease?
