Hep C awareness , publicity

Hello all, and a late Merry Christmas and HAPPY hep C beating New Year!

I saw this this AM, and many here have gone thru what she's going thru (tx stopped, non responder) but it's a good move towards awareness, using her status for awareness.

Hi, Lauri.  I did write in to the Dr. Oz show and I posted on here about it about a month ago.  I haven't heard back from them and don't know if I will or not.  I even told them that I would be willing to be on their show as a "face" of Hep C.  If you've ever watched Dr. Oz, he's featured different things on his show saying so and so is a "face" of such and such of a disease.  Anyway, you could try to write them, too. The more that write in, the more of a chance that they'd do a show on it, you know?
