Hep b inactive carrier
hi all,
My wife has be diagnosed with hbsag positive at the time of her pregnancy tests. We rushed to the hospital to check what it is as we never heard of it. doctor said that she is "inactive carrier" and said to come after six months recently she had mild fever,vomiting.
hbsag - reactive
hbeag-negative
hbeab-positive
so i interpreted these results that she is indeed "inactive carrier"
my question is
1.can hbeag seroconversion leads to hbsag seroconversion
2.iam myself is hbsag negative means that she is not chronically infected.
3.can i have unprotected sex after gaining immunity from vaccination.
