Hepatitis testing help

About a month ago I made the mistake of having unprotected sex with an escort. 10 days later I tested for all stds and everything came back negative. My doctor told me I need not worry and only recommended I retest for clamedia/syphillis/hiv. My question is as follows.

Should I retest for hep a-c? If so how long should i wait for testing? Is hepatitis sexual transfer rate high?

Thanks for the reply. There is a slight chance that blood was transferred during kissing as she was rather rough with that. So I will get tested for that. I should also get tested for hep a and hep b. Right? As those are sexually transmitted.

HEP C is transmitted via blood to blood contact. It can be transmitted sexually but that is not usual. If you think blood was mingled, then yes, get tested.

Next time, use a condom, be safe.
