candlelight, i love it, but dont hear the pain.
shitewrecked has more hurt, i like it a lot for treatment.
it seems like mahler, shostakovich and the like had the
biggest patent on the painful stuff.
I listened to a ton of toons on my mp3, laying up..To this day, Urchins Candlelight gives me interferon flashbacks but, I also think the song captures that feeling pretty well. I swear whoever wrote it, was on the treatment.
Hear it for free....

Shitewrecked...boy did that fit the bill.
Lived on a solid dose of Alejandro Escovedo as well. 'The Boxing Mirror' was written while he was on the treatment and/or shortly thereafter..
Good stuff.

Hey me too! I used to try quitting drugs by listening to the "Freedom From Drugs" hypnosis tape. I would role a big joint, sit back, and start the tape. . . . .

Thanks for the link. Potentials Unlimited has 3 formats: tape/CD/mp3.
They say you can't be hyponotized unless you want to be.
hey, we're on the same page with this...self hypnosis helped me to get rid of a needle phobia I had, (I actually had trouble getting blood draws, as silly as this sounds) and it's been helping with some anxiety issues, depression, etc. etc...
sometimes, especially late at night for me, the loop just goes around and around in my head...and hypnosis is a great way to keep you in reality and give you strength you had (that was there all the time anyway)...and it details "why" our minds do these things>and often when you shed some light on the details of what's happening, it really helps and pulls you back into reality...and all the games our minds play...
I found a really good place to go to get hypnosis tape downloads, that you can listen to on your computer or your ipod, whatever...is
hypnosisdownloads dot com.....
they have really good scripts, it's this place out of England...they aren't that expensive either, and they cover every type of area a person could need...even how to feel less nauseous while on chemotherapy....
they have one called "drifting off to sleep" that I find really helpful too for my insomnia....they have a few on anxiety, and how to relax, etc etc...I use that one for when I'm in the dentists chair...I just listen to that instead of the implements and machines my dentist is using....to me, this is a really good way to stop the mind from going negative, etc etc....thanks for bringing this up, a very useful tool for me for a long time....
