It's raining here

OMG!! I woke up this morning to the sound of thunder!
It has been so hot and dry here in NC that a fire started spontaneously yesterday in the woods outside my back door! We just moved into our NEW home in May! So you can only imagine my fear as I saw the fire spreading so near my home!
But, today there is GLORIOUS rain!
I was born and raised in Texas and I LOVE LOVE LOVE thunderstorms!
Yeah rain!

hope everything is alright youre side of the woods, be careful! like your pic! good it's raining if there was a fire, there's been such a drought here, and no rain for a long time...be well!

Please send some of the stuff to Hawaii; we need it, too!! We didn't get a single drop out of Hurricane Flossie (now fondly remembered as FLOPPIE!!)
