I am taking glutamine powder every day. I have not started taking my organic whey protein isolate, as it has quite a high content of lactoferrin... it could interfere with the effectiveness of treatment.

muscle recovery after training,
I would suggest a *small* amount of creatine with a fast-acting carb pre-workout
but it is too controversial a topic with HCV'rs - Only a hepatologist (who truly treats virologically) and has some experience with sports medicine would be able to affirm if this is ok on an individual basis,
Despite the decrease in cardio and lifting, my back and arms are still sculpted; abs are flat but have technically gone to hell in a hand basket.
Quads and glutes are a different story: starting to see sagging skin and some muscle loss. Thank God for Shapewear!

LOL....i only make special apperances on appoint only...im in great demand...seriously tho...i would love to post my mug shot...but just too cautious of it getting back to the "wrong" sources....for example...one time i made a video of a robot at my workplace...and a coworker was just surfing google and found the video...he reconized the wall behind the machine i was shooting...he told my emoplyer...we have a policy not too let out company sercets...im ok tho....the policy was just put into place....i had to remove the video....BTW...check out some music i shot on the social fourm...you will get an idea who i really am

I definitely need some muscle. The weight loss is okay, you know woman usually don't mind getting rid of some fat, but losing muscle is no good. Unless one wants to end up looking like a middle aged version of size 0 models.... :-(
