BRL Dear Friends,

First BRL is attacked even after apologizing, all because of a misunderstanding about "Jacks". Then because ONE PERSON calls BRL "Bonnie", the group jumps in and attacks. None of you have any REASON to believe that BRL is Bonnie!

This forum is open to ALL and we want EVERYONE to feel welcome here!

The conspiracy theories need to end now! Your cooperation will be most appreciated!

Bonnie Robin is BRL. I KNOW this. I have enjoyed your songs and found you amusing at times. What I haven't seen with you or Bonnie...is consistancy. One night you and Bonnie are making  songs together and the next night 'cause someone else said something negative about her...you jump on the bandwagon and are mean to her too. I have seen Bonnie do the same thing. It's this pack mentality that I abhor. Now, I know this is a place to vent their anger for some, but that doesn't make it right. Or making believe your someone else. I am many others have reached out to Bonnie and tried to be a benefit. ...trying to comfort her..and chaos has reigned. Just look through the archives...you left a few out when you said your looong goodbye, you and BonnieRobin aka BRL have left a few doozies. i say let bygones be bygones...and move on. Most of us are dealing with side effects from txing and most of us do want to come to a safe, informative,supportive place.
I'll be readin' ya...maybe.

Ladybug, I use to hold some people here at mh hepc forum to a higher level, they were well versed and on target with there thoughts, subjects and informational links on various subjects having to do with Hepc. But, this forum has been teetering on the side of anarchy for the last month or so, a nose dive if you will; I would hope it could get back to the focus of what it was intended for and that is to help everyone in all directions.

FullofHope, you asked why I posted my forum history because, it is what it is. There were a couple of things deleted out of that history as well and one being a song by Melissa and I can understand why now. They say hindsight is 20/20 well, at least for some.

The only thing being bounced around here is untruths.
On to much more important and real things is, How are you? Any news reg. cobra? I hope the company has to pay through the nose for what they did to you...I mean that. If one company (no matter the size) gets away with that...we are all in jeopardy. Did you speak with your lawyer? I pray you are holding up and tx is bearable.

I wasn't gonna say this, but:

There are lots of role-playing games out there.

There are also tons of software for writers that can create models for characters, down to speech patterns, mannerisms, method of communication, etc.

You just plug certain qualities into the desired character and presto!

It's cutting edge stuff and pretty amazing,

Just a thought.

BTW, what ever happened to Illo - the one who started the 'ROLE CALL'?

I agree with Wyntre that there is a lot of role playing going on.  I used to love to come on the site, and reply to fellow heppers, or post messages and get answers to questions we don't know the answers to.  But lately this forum has been overrun by spammers.  People posting ,  " copying and pasting " from other sites and online info about Hep C and Interferon.    

Please stop the ranting of this info.   Where you think its something we need to know.  If we had questions we will ask.    And wait for the replies.  Please stop posting the BS, and wait till we ask for it.   Even then , I am sure we will know who we need to weed out in our minds.   Since we can't seem to keep them off the site.   I had my own suspicions about some of the new posters over the last 3 -4 months.   But I did not want to get involved in all the drama, I have enough to deal with , with treatment and working.    But it really makes it hard to post and get the decent replies we used to by people we trust.    

Tell the TROLLS to go HOME and leave us alone.

BTW, I enjoyed very much your history of the forum and found that you put it together in a consise way that seems to tell a story and enjoyed it very much. I too was hoping that you didn't go 'too far down the beach' as I enjoyed and appreciated your insights and comments. Very direct and straightforward with enough of a twist to make it funny. I still feel that way and hope you stick around as i plan too as I'm on tx for the 3rd time and do enjoy (removing the chaff from the wheat) the good insight and positive banter and insight that many have to share here. I don't know of the character spoofing junk and doubt too much of that actually is happening if at all but if it is no biggie just more chaff to remove. I want to be a positive force in an othewise negative world and this is just one little place i can do it. I think you can do that as well and enjoy your style of how you do it too. There are many here that are good influences and hope that they continue and the others that don't have those motives will likely just get tired and move on. Either way it will be a good experience for those who want it to be such and whatever for those that don't. Please keep sharing as you have some good words to share. -hope-

  I usually don't pay too much attention but it wasn't the initials that said BRL was Bonnie, it was her M.O. The two use the same tactics and the same phraseology. I do pay attention to those things.
     Personally, I feel sorry for anyone whose life is so lonely they go to a medhelp forum and  create overblown drama to a group of medicated heppers.  
    I was really down one day, felt I was losing it, came here to post, and instead Bonnie already had a post titled; I AM LOOSING IT!!!!!!!!!!. She went on and on about how she was at a different stage than she thought and how she went to the E.R. because of her panic attack. etc. Everyone was comforting her and her drama.  I have decompensated cirrhosis which I rarely mention because the last thing I want is pity. I do want support but the drama diva took that not just from me, but from many of us. BRL and her ilk should leave us alone. She should not be draining energy from sick people.
   And Ms. Cindy was throwing the wrong people off the forum months ago so I don't give much credence to her judgment. I do think she's in a hard spot.

I think it is real important to talk and share about your liver condition...not lookin' for jus' sympathy...but for loving support. That is really what we all want/need...and thankfully it is usually here in spades.

   Ladywhy: Oh.I just re-read the posts and some answers, like from debnevada, it is obviously a joke. I guess I can still blame my missing it on the meds.
    But can't Jaspar do better than that? I used to think he was funny with his cable guy jokes. lol.
I didn't mention the situation with my liver for any reason other than an example of how people get ignored because they're writing to some fakir, snakes and all.    
     I've gone over my story before but if you want details just ask. Essentially, I felt fine until I swelled up from ascites.  That's when I was diagnosed with HCV.  I now have a great heptologist and my liver is improving. July 12 is my last shot!
   Thank you for your warm thoughts and of course you are correct. Our purpose here is to support each other.

I found out i will get Cobra. He is writing me a letter saying I was fired for "conduct" and for performance.

I also applied for unemployment (even though you have to be "well" I did work over 40 hours a week except a month ago when i lost a week due to that awful illness). I got a letter from the HR person at Trinet who ran my boss's benefits that was quite nice and without saying so...she was saying something if you know what i mean. The company subbed to IBM and I've gotten fantastic support from the project executive there including a reference letter. My former coworkers have been supportive via their personal email accounts as well.

my lawyer is aware. I'm struggling with bad nausea and fevers the last couple days so I'm trying to keep sleeping. at least there's that!  Members of the Church I do online counseling for have been fantastic to me. Although I have some savings they have been sending me weekly "treats" which end up being groceries, really, including cat food and litter and all that other stuff. Other than struggling with sides I"m doing okay. Did shot 14 last Friday. Gish wants me to do 48 but I've been UND since week two so I think I might start bargaining for 24 after all.

I've been feeling well... no residual sx from the rear end collision... a tiny bit of stiffness in neck and still some pain around bruised ribs (maybe from the seat belt grab)... Gotta say doing 16 tomorrow and only fatigue the biggest part of it... we'll see how far we can get with this.  stay strong!!!

Have not seen you post in the last couple of days and wondering if you are ok? Look, we all go through the stages especially in the beginning and that is the crux of the tx. If I have offended you in some way my apologies to you. I try to post positive and upbeat post to break the tensions that can quickly flair up here in hepperville. Does that mean I suffer less; no, but I do believe in positive energy forces like a red rubber ball and are expressed that way? They, the (post) may annoy some and probably more than I know but to others they are detractors from the discomfort of the tx. Hope you are feeling better because negative forces drain the body and spirit.
