the dietrich video is of him lecturing at one of the liver conferences and it's 45 minutes.

Yep. I figured as much since you mentioned first few minutes are very slow.

Im sure I'll get to see Dr. Dietrich video one day. Its obvious their webpage is down for whatever reason.
