Sorry you're not feeling well.  I was feeling the same way, bad for a couple of days after the shot.  Now it's all the time.  :-)

I left you a note on the thread "over there" - and  you are right -  at this time in  my tx I don't have much stomach for SVR odds, riba, or double dosing ....just trying to get my sorry rear end over the mid tx "hump".  I am hoping that in a couple months. once I am over  the "doldrums" and with  spring coming - I will have a bit more enthusiam for the whole thing...

You know - there are I think - about 4 or 5( probably more) other people who are mid tx right now - seems like I've seen quite a few others who are at 20 - 24 weeks (of 48).  You could do a song for mid tx doldrums....

Wow congrats on finishing 72 weeks, you are one tough lady!!!!!!  I know there are a lot of us that couldn't do TX for that long.... I just finished week 28 and am wishing I could quit now... I won't but gawds I hate the skin pain, lack of hair and riba rage.  And here you survived 72.   YEA!!!!!!!!   Time to go have a hot fudge sundae to celebrate.  :)

He's MUCH better! Thanks for asking! He's eating again and has gained back 4 of the 10 pounds he lost while sick. This will make @40 pounds he's lost while treating! But, energy is coming back,appetite coming back,cough is gone, flu is gone! He's got another doctor's appointment this Friday, and it will be shot number 38! He's really had his ups and downs, but seems to be doing very well right now! We'll see what the rest of the treatment brings!

If it wasn't for the poverty (more so even than the sx) I'd be in heaven.
I haven't had a break (except for summers which don't really count coz it;'s basically recupping enough to get back on the treadmill and do it all again in September) in 20 years.

Strange the way life sometimes gives you what you want but in a way you hadn't expected.

Yep, we're excited to be off this crazy ride soon. It's amazing how fast time has gone by from when he started last June. But in other ways time drags as you're going through the day to day and just trying to finish another day. I don't think anything can really prepare you for what this treatment is like; you have to experience it to understand. Thank God for places like this to share your stories and get support.
I'm so glad you were able to figure out a way to start treatment and not have to work at the same time. If anyone deserves it, you do after putting in so many years at such a stressful job! Who knows, maybe this time will give you an opportunity to rethink going back at all, or changing positions. I've taught 2nd and 3rd grade before and those are pretty good as far as student attitude, etc.
At any rate, hang in there and keep those songs coming this way!!

Wyntre - this is a thread I am going to print out and frame. Seriously. I'll retype your song onto one sheet of paper and put it in a frame with your name on the bottom and keep it right on my desk so I can be ENCOURAGED when things start to get me down (hey there ARE other things that get us down besides treatment, LOL)

I tell you the song just moves me more than my words can say. Just know I will have it FOREVER. It means that much.

STRATOR - I can't tell you how much seeing your name just made me smile. I'm sitting at work and just said STRATOR! out loud and someone turned around and said "excuse me"? LOL.

Hey you know, since I'm so nice you can have this idea for free and take it right into your boss.... a new line of hair color called 'Carpet & Drapes'. You get your normal upstairs color bottle, plus an extra mini-bottle specially formuluated for those lower regions that are resistent and tougher to color. Throw in a little plastic rake for massaging it in down there for the timid housewives.
