Resveratrol question

  I've cut and pasted information about reseveratrol from the archives. I'm trying to make an order on-line and the amounts and mixtures have me confused. Anybody who is taking resveratrol and can point me toward the right bottle, dosage, etc. please help!                    OH

FSG: I came up with this from Califa's list, which is strange as I wasn't on the forum when she was but I remember someone mentioning her.
  500 mg ResveratrolLEF (should be 40% resveratrol content)
  The LEF product looks good but the ones on vitacost are cheaper. There is one with the silly 'antiaging' tag on it that is a combo of pomegrant, resvratrol and some fruit from South America that looks like a good mix.
   Let me know if you stumble into anything else beneficial to the immune system or repairing damaged livers.   Thanks.

This is the one I ordered this time - the last time it was from the same place but a diff product. . What I'm trying to say is I didn't put a whole lot into this - in fact - this time I thought I was ordering the same stuff as last time - but Nooooo- this is derived from knot weed and I think the other came from grapes.

Bug - The Doc told me absolutely no drinking the red wine - so I went the enema route. It actually does the job twice as fast - and no more wine rings on the dining room table. The dining roms chairs are a different story....  Now I know why I use the clear plastic covers on all my furniture.....

Maybe I can just get the other cr@p in a bottle and drink wine for the antioxidants?:)

Sorry - Been out of town. Don't have much to say anyway. I get it at vitacost.com. I't has other cr@p in it too. I just take one or two daily.

I like to start small and titer up also. I looked at LEF and theirs is a bit more straightforward. Its the ones with this many mg but this % and these other items mixed in, that leave me drop jawed.
  Of course, I can't even buy a toothbrush anymore, too many decisions.

Hi, I caught your post to Goofie, he's been taking it on HR's recommendation for about a year now, I think, but I don't know what dosage...you know what I do? I titer up from a small dosage to a dosage that I learn about through various experts...if youre getting it from Life Extension, which is recommended by HR, just get the smallest dose, then go up to recommended dose...hopefully, Goof, and some others who take it, will tell you what they do...I take the smallest dose from the Life Extension co....they are a bit pricey, so I don't get all my supps from there, just a few...and I think this supp is important to get it from a good place...
