Strange Liver Hepatitics High AST ALT GGT Biliurubin without diagnosis
Hello Everybody,
my man have very strange situation in 2 years, Last time the Doctors cannot put any diagnosis. This time they were thinking about Willsons syndrom but they are not sure and everything seems like it is not this diagnosis because in these 2 years he have eaten Mussels, Chocolate, Butter and Nuts but nothing happend untill now. And it happened very suddenly.
The situation is as following:
It all started around 29.12.2013g., When he had flu symptoms and slightly increased temepature and after taking Analgin get intense itching all over the body saying that it "his blood itches" and not skin
We thought it was allergies and the doctor advised us to beat Methylprednisolone 40mg.
Then take antihistamines.
On 31.03.2014g. itching intensified again in its emergency center would again Methylprednisolone 40mg.
Then everything faded.
On 20.05.2014g. - Get intense itching all over the body again and again we thought it was allergies and the doctor advised us to beat Methylprednisolone 40mg. (About 20 hours)
Ease it a bit, but after two hours the itching started again.
Then I would still 1 Methylprednisolone 40mg (about 22 hours);
He took antihistamines again.
On 23/05/2014 Dermatologist expression - Diprofos - 1 injection and Methylprednisolone 40 mg - x 1 a day for two days.
By 27.05.2014g. But the itching did not stop and louder evening.
Visit an allergist and dermatologist.
Allergist said that certainly is not allergy and carry out tests on Biliurubin and ultrasound gastroenterologist at .. (research of 05.27.2014).
Gastroenterologist said that everything is wrong with the liver and kidneys and there is no obstruction of bile ducts. I can not implement it because it is under doctor now.
They sent him to the infectious and from there said that it was not out there again and go to a gastroenterologist - so 3 times.
Discharged: Transmetil (ADEMETIONINE), Hepa SAVE, Vitamin E, Vitamin B complex and Ursofalk (ursodeoxycholic acid) for treatment, but symptoms decreased to 03.06.2014g.
Ultimately 03.06.2014g. accepted for treatment in a Hospital - treated with it:
- Transmetil (ADEMETIONINE)
- Ursofalk (ursodeoxycholic acid) 250mg (1 morning, noon and night x2)
- Glucose
- Vitamine C
- Hepamerts (- L and ornithine - L aspartate 3 g. Granules, oral solution) 3x1
They said that treatment for hepatitis. He was tested for all kinds of infections such as Mononucleose, Hepatitis and etc. but all were negative.
It turned out that itching is elevated Biliurubin.
At their research on 03,06,2014 found that ASAT, ALAT, GGTP improve. There was no hepatitis, according to research.
Doctors thinked about for:
- Hepatitis A, B, C, E
- Toxic hepatitis
- Mononucleosis
All tests for viruses / parasites, etc. were negative
After adopting again in Sveta Marina - Varna, Gastroenterology - things faded away and he fully recovered at least according to research.

There was a period with high ASAT, ALAT anf GGT, for which the Doctor prescribed - Transmetil (ADEMETIONINE) 2 * 1 and had doubts about Wilson's Disease, which made studies of serum copper, Spontaneous kupriuriya for 24 hours under normal circumstances and after taking 4 tablets Kuprenil (d- penicillamine).
The results were:
23/03/2016 - 1,75 mkmol / 24h
29/03/2016 after Kuprenil (d-penicillamine) - 10,8 mkmol / 24h
With that they rejected the hypothesis of Wilson. Apply research from 03.2016 in the table.
The Doctor prescribed again- Transmetil (ADEMETIONINE) 2 * 1 and Legalon (white thorn extraxt), but things did not improve after control in exploration, until MAY.2016 when proved that the values again are very inflated for no apparent reason. Was again hospitalized and daily pours

Each day he tooks 1 Bank 500 ml. Serum Glucose (1000 ml contains: Sodium chloride: 9.0 g, Glucose anhydrous: 50.0 g (as glucose monohydrate, 55.0 g), Sodium: 154 mmol / l, Chloride: 154 mmol / l)
Results of the studies are in the attached table. The most strange is that everything was well 2 years and happened again 2 years later in the same year time (June).
In these 2 years he have not had any health problems, he have eaten almost everything including mussels, sea food and etc. Nothing in his menu changed. He have been exercising also at the gym in this 2 years with medium level.
The most strange is after using Cuprenin (D-penicilamine) in 10 days the thing get worst - the AST ALT and Biliurubin get higher.

iam sorry you having trouble,but i would look for a hepatologist whos working at a large Hospital were they perform liver transplants.
these docs are the most knoledgeable when it comes to liver problems.
