Triple therapy with Victrellis

Good morning everyone.  I am looking to connect with those on triple tx with Vic.  I have started wk 9 but I find much of the dialogue is surrounding triple with telepavir.  I review the boards often and believe these boards are extremely valuable.  I have shared the site with my doctor at my last visit.  She was going to research further and most likely communicate this to her other patients.  I don't say much but your support cannot be measured in words.  Best to all of you and long live SVR!

Hi Swimmer, i will keep goldbond one the list.  I had a rash appear twice on my hands and wrists.  Little red bumps, I switched over from my bath and body work stuff and onlu use dove unscented, sensitive.  Used hydro cortisone on the rash which was gone in a two days.  I go to the beach and use sun screen #70 and sit under my umbrella.  Sue

Welcome to the chain gang! We're all kind of tied together here. I'm on Vic too. Shot #13 tomorrow. Here's my tip for the day: if you haven't already had a rash, buy the gold bond triple action medicated lotion. Was lucky until just a few days ago. Sudden rash on chest, both arms and tops of thighs. Little raised red bumps that itched. Knew fast action was important and this stuff really worked. I've been avoiding sun and heat but BOOM, got it. The rash was aggressive too. Wishing you few sides and ultimately SVR!

Hi LadyFoxx - lemon drops and life savers sound like a plan.  I am one with a 24oz cup with straw and water.  Water, water water.  Sometimes switch to seltzer.

Hi Happy And Jules - valuable lesson I learned was schedule my labs for the same day at the end of your week.  For instance if you start peg on Friday nights you may want to schedule your labs for the morning.  Being consistent helps with tracking your labs.  Everyone here is so supportive I love following the dialogue.

Hi Bovary - wk 26 how sweet is that!  I won't know my path until my wk8 labs come back.  I had them completed yesterday so I imagine I won't know until the earliest July 9th.  So I am giving it up to the Lord and not obsessing over it this time.  I made myself crazy waiting on wk4 results.  I was just shy of a 1log drop but I took the labs 2 days early etc.  just my coping mechanism.

Best to all, Sue

Hi! I'm on week 26 on triple tx with Victrelis.
I've had great help through this site. All the comfort and educated people in here made it possible for me to stay on tx when I had a hard time.
I'm seeing the end soon (EOT 20 July)! Good luck to all of you on Vic - and please feel free to send me a message or a note if there's anything I might be able to help you with. I've had so much support from the lovely people in here and want to be able to pass it on to someone :)

Best of luck to you!

Hey there I am on the same Tx as you a little ahead of you!  Also the best to you and if your getting the metal in your mouth try Lemon Drops and Life Savers they help a lot!  Your right the people on here are full of love and support.  If someone hasn't been on treatment it's hard for them to know what were going through.
