Vertex NCT01459913

If you are participating in this trial please post your lab results and experiences here.

There should be quite a few people coming to the end of week 12 and that is when Vertex releases the lab data since it was blinded up to week 12.

Questions are ..

Were you tested for the IL28B geno CC before acceptance?
Were you treatment naive before getting in to this trial or were you a relapser?
Did you reach RVR at week 4?
Did you require helper drugs? (Procrit etc..)
Did you have to do any dosage reductions?
Did you work or stay at home during tx?
At week 12 did you randomize for another 12 weeks of SOC or not?
Has anyone had to randomize at week 24 for 48 weeks?
What was your worst side effect and how did you manage it?

If anyone else has a question to add please do

If your 4, 8 and 12 week lab results have been released please post them if possible.. Thanks
