We're having daily diluges in FL......I have to drink a gallon just to keep my head above water.
Tippy-I'm with Marcia on this......listen to your body.
Weird thing with me....when I don't drink enough water, my lips get really chapped, really quickly. Even if it's just in the middle of the day and I haven't had a drink in a few hours it hits. So I'm still having to be really careful to keep my water intake up at 9 days post EOT.
We are having a drought in California, I'm only drinking 50 ozs a day.
alagirl, good to see you too. No, am not slathering coconut oil anymore. I found something much better.
This might be something for you too, Tippy, if you get too dry. It did wonders for me, almost instantly.
Biotherm, Baume Corpse / (Body Balm)
They have two types, the one for dry skin and then they have the one marked 'ultra riche' , which even works on chapped feet and alligator elbows. That stuff really worked wonders on my alligator skin. My legs were so chapped and itchy that it was driving me completely nuts.
You can get it in the States. the one marketed in the US has the French writing on it, too. Check it online
Good to see you! Are you still slathering on the coconut oil? ;)
I want to get some more. I can't cook with it because it's too sweet for me (wish I liked the taste of it), so I use olive oil, but I think it would be great for my skin, which has really kind of suffered since treatment.
Follow your intuition. Some days you might be thirstier and other days not. Just go with the flow. I decreased drinking so much water around that time. Just be sure to have a good lotion, so you don't dry up.
