any one have experience with Reclast while on HCV tx?

I am on  HCV t x pegasys & riba.  I also have osteoporosis.   my endroconolgist has recommended 1 x year  15 minute infusion treatment for osteo.

I don't know about reclast, but I took a weekly fosamax pill throughout treatment - if that's of any help.

I do not know anything about Reclast, but maybe my treatment on Rituxin is along the same line. I have Hep C, 1B, grade3, stage4, with fibrosis. I have done all 3 therapies, Peg-Intron,Infergen,and Pegasys(102 weeks).I could clear for 5 or 6 mths. on therapy and then it would blast me again. The Hep C has brought along Neuropathy, Cryoglobulinema, and Vasculitis. I have taken 4 infusions of Rituxin,(which is the normal dosage to begin with)),hoping to control the cryo and they are now having me take 1 infusion treatment of Rituxin, every 3 mths. So possibly the Reclast is a maintainence therapy also?
