chronic hep b symtoms help

i am a 40 year old female new to this all and i am hoping for maybe some insight on all of this.  i have been sick for about 7 years with gastritis, gastroperesis, esophogus problems and now arthritis even my knees are filling with fluid.  i also suffer extreme pain when eating and sometimes withought eating.  the dr's were told i had hepatitis b and nobody took it serious.  i was told i had lupus then went to a rhuematologist and she did test and said it was NOT lupus and even with a low positive for rhuematism she said it was probably the hepatitis b and i am active.  does anyone suffer like this? can chronic active hepatitis b cause these problems? i see a hemotolgist in feb. but in the meantime i have been sick and the fatigue is overwhelming it is horrible. i used to be so active and now i feel like **** and spend my days at home tired and sick almost everyday.  i was told you could have cirrosis and have a normal hep panel.  also does anyone know if you are even a low positive for rhuematism do you have it? anyone with any info would be greatly appreciated i want to get well so bad and nothing is working and it has taken 7 years to get this far. i found this forum and have read some interesting things from the people it does make you feel a bit better.  THANKS Ginny
