i'm 1.3 months post tx and my liver functions are perfect! (they were over 200 before tx) just had them done...for me the difference in the way i feel is night and day from before tx to 1 year post....it took a while post tx to feel really good....even when i felt bad post tx i didn't take anything and just let the drugs get out of my system...i think this helped in my recovery as i avoided the chance of other drugs or meds interacting together......some of us get so out of shape during tx and i was one of them...good luck out there to all who have had or have hep c.......billy
Good to see you posting . I havnt been around much , trying to get caught up on a lost year. Glad to see you are feeling well after what you endured! Yeah, i expected to feel awesome after treatment and did mainly because I was coming off the drugs. I am 9 mo post treatment and still going through some sx issues. However,My hair has really started coming back in the last month so maybe that is a good sign that any other post treatment sx will also begin to fade quicker. I think the stress of just trying to maintain my sanity while on treatment aged me more than the actual meds did. The whole experience was worth it since Im not consumed with having HCV anymore. That was a full time job in itself... :)
