good news

by sky16, Oct 26, 2009 07:20AM
Hi people

Had some really good news:) been to the hospital and had some more blood test done.  They have sent me a letter to say

Given that the two separate antibody results were both weekly positive it is more likely that you had a past contact with hepatitis C but resolved the infection rather than these antibodies being false results.  In any event given that we were not able to detect any circulating Hepatitis C virus you many consider yourself negative for Hepatitis C infection and this should cause you no further ongoing concern.  :)

Love sky x

That is excellent news.  Nothing like a letter in plain English to put your mind at ease.
