yeah, you have it about right, I'm a history buff so of course i've got to see dudes "in the buff" with funny helmuts...and of course, who doesn't like an S&M Chippendale dancer now and then? nothing like it to relieve tension....300 was too, too...

The kid and I are avid viewers of HBO's Rome as well, it's a good way to get her intersted in ancient Rome....Speaking of HBO, anyone been catching these new documentaries on Addiction, called "Addiction?" Really, really good, they are making so many strides in terms of finding out what causes addiction to substances, and it's treatments...this is the kind of tv I like, I'm not one for those reality things, etc...but I sure love a lot of HBO programming...and movies of course, one of my addictions...

Yeah, HBO usually makes good documentaries. I don't have it any more. Their bad programming tipped the scales of their good programming with me.

I've heard 300 is a great movie but historically inaccurate.

I agree with you on some of those horny shows, ha ha! But I think HBO has some of the best made for cable movies out there, better then a lot of the studio releases they put out...and most of their documentaries are top notch...maybe check it out again? Course, I'd save a little dough if I cut it out, but I couldn't...can't stand commercials and I don't like most of the national programming cept PBS...hope youre doing okay...
