wow...i was just reading the posts about relationships and telling..are you guys saying that all this time i thought hep c was a std and it's not??? holly crap!! i can't believe i missed that one...i've been telling right up front about it and how i have to be careful ....this is really something...i guess why say anything about it...and why wrap it before you tap it????of course if your partner is clean.......billy
My wife and I have been together for 6 years and she doesnt have it.The chances are very very low dont let some doc or someone else fool you.In no way shape or form should this even be considered a STD
I have been recently diagnosed with hep c type 1. I have not yet had treatment. My husband wont have sex with me unless we use a condom AND EVEN THEN HE IS SCARED I tell him it has to be blood to blood contact. In other words i would have to have a tear or something bleeding as I no longer menstruate and he would have to have a way to get this blood into his blood stream. Can someone please clarify this for us. It is really a problem Thanks
It is natural for a spouse to feel this way.Help him get educated on your disease.Ive been married for a long time and we dont use condoms anymore-Never did!!!!And I can also remember times when I had to get stitches and bled all over my husband.Hope this helps.cindy
