insurance/HSA

I am self insured :-(
Yesterday I received notice that my monthly premium is increasing....again.
My premiums are riduculously high already and I simply can't afford this new premium.  When this has happened with several other insurance companies in the past I have switched insurance companies. Since I have been diagnosed with Hep C that's no longer an option.
Does anyone here have a Health Saving Account?

I have an "FSA", flexible spending account. They take a monthly payment out of my paycheck before taxes (I think this is because your deductibles and medical expenses are tax deductable).
I can use it all right at the first of the year and I have to use it by 15 months of the first of the year.
Not sure if this is what you are talking about. You might want to look around for a good government job. Usually their benefits don't consider pre-existing conditions. Sorry if this isn't relevant to what you were wondering. hang in there
