it was gaufs post about wheat on the community forum on mar.19th..forsee seems to have a good handle on the diet thing.....believe it or not i still have like 10 boxes of autumn wheat left..i buy as many as 15 boxes at once at walmart cause it's only 3 bucks..sometimes less..i eat the stuff for treats all day...so i guess i'll finish them and that will be that...what a drag...but like the site says ..if you have hep try stopping the wheat for a few weeks and see how you feel...celiac disease they call it...heres the site...http://curezone.com/art/read.asp?ID=132&db=7&C0=154

Yeah, I love Autumn Wheat too. Looking at the some other really high fiber ones that sit next to in on the shelf at the store.

my stage was 1 to 2..grade 2 as of last june bx...for a couple years i had lots of sx and had real trouble with exercise..now i'm getting back into it..i have a tendency to over do so i'll try to watch that..it will be interesting to see what happens with health insuance as the new elections are coming up..so financially things could get a lot easier to tx in the next couple years..we will see...billy
Well it is obvious that your liver is being damaged somewhat - have you had the biopsy to see where you stand and if you do have time to wait? That would be my only advice...be sure before you wait. I didn't know I had this disease and by the time I found out I was already stage 3. I was pretty surprised I'll tell you that!
sounds like youve got the right idea, hang in there until the new drugs
get here or you are in a better spot in life. i assume your liver damage is low and i wouldnt sweat the alt ast
thing too much so long as your lifestyle is healthy. just keep an eye on liver damage and save up some money.
if your fatigue is mental, then you can defeat it with exercise. get serious on this
and you can probably make it go away. the anxiety will subside with time.
