huh, before I was so rudely interrupted, I have had this sinus "thing" since my cold which started around 2 months ago, it does seem to be getting better slowly.
Well, now I'm a little nervous cuz I' just did my new trick and just took my meds about an hour ago, so I dont know if they came up,,,, It wasnt full blown stomach heaving its just like bizarre spontaneous after trying to clear my throat. I mean how would anyone here know. I'm just venting. I will mention it to my monitor. I still have that sinus situation to a smaller degree, but it is all part of it. oh well., it has been
Oh yea, the ol' brushin' the teeth gag......been there too. Problem is that once it starts it seems to be never ending.
I am so suggestible these days, I read here that someone has a hard time not gagging when brushing their teeth, so now I have that same problem. my GI just feels like its ready to up chuck, and it takes effort to breathe, drink some water or munch on a little something to keep things hanging. Could be worse so I will drink that cool water, I up chucked that cool water the other day, and it was quite refreshing.
I wonder what makes the tummy so sensitive.
I also had the puking episodes and still do 3 years later. Even now if I get nauseated I basically open my mouth and out it comes. About a year and a half ago I had an endoscope to make sure nothing else was wrong. Nothing was wrong and I still have episodes about once every three months.

Boring is good, very good dont ever doubt that. I was feeling a little bored, staying methodical, work, sleep, clean, dogs, cook, pills, and then my car died, I was up to not being bored and I will take boring any day....... I'm just glad its a problem that can be resolved.
I'm working with essential oils these days (at work ) and I'm reading about anti depressant, anti fungal, oils and I'm smelling them all. AHHHHH
I have my little pug mix that lays by my feet and the big sharpei mix that lays on her own bed next to mine. All the snoring, has been so soothing.
Ahhh, the warm bed to look forward to....It's what got me through many a day. An electric blanket my folks gave me was a life saver - I hear there are mattress pad warmers too, but this blanket to look forward at the end of a work day really helped keep me going. I would get SO chilled from the low hgb.
I can relate to the problems with walking up stairs and weakness...oh, and the horrible cough. My nausea has subsided though so I am a happy camper. As for a comfy bed, is there nothing better during all of this?! During the day I daydream about climbing into my nice comfy bed. And don't get me started about the heating pad and bed combination! I am usually out by 10:00 and don't get up until 7:30 or 8:00. I haven't seemed to need this much sleep since I was 10 years old. Jeez. Feeling a little boring these days.
Keep up the good work. We won't be on this forever.

The nausea is just annoying and when I eat a cracker or munch on something it subsides, At least we're still here, and finding some joy in just being.
I feel so lucky to make it home and tuck myself into my comfy bed, curl up with gratitude and wonder what its all about.
hey when u are my age u will pee your pants at the same time!! the zofran helped my nausea when it was that bad. hang in there, babs
Add the ol' backdoor panties-splotch to he cough/vomit for the tx trifectca :)
Feel better soon.
sounds very familiar. During my nausea phase I worried about breaking up meetings at work by hurling on all attending. On the plus side, it might have helped keep the meetings short and focused.
The only suggestion I can contribute is to slow down your breathing when the coughing starts - vigorous coughing seems to encourage vomiting. And yes, isn't it great to finally get to the end of the day!
