Subject: Gas and right upper quadrant pain

I am a 37 year old female and several years ago had a high SGPT of 74 the physician took me off of Fioricets and it went back to normal.  I have since had a baby last March and have been experiencing upper right abdominal pain right where my liver is.  The Doctor thought it may be my gallbladder and we ran tests for stones Ultrasound and a Disida Scan with Kinevac they both were negative.  I currently take Excidrine, Imitrex, and Darovcets for my migraines.  My LFT's are normal now.  Could this pain that I experience be from my liver when my LFT is normal? Is the medication that I am taking hurting my liver? What does a normal liver function test mean?
