Help me to understand my result and risk

Hello Doc. First I would like to thank your for you service.I need your help in undersatnding my situation and advise in getting my family protected from any Hep B / C infection. I am married and have two kids( twins). Infact I have received support from community members.I have went for my Hep B panel test as I had elevated ALT/GGT.

My Result is
HBASG - NEGATIVE , HBEAG - NEGATIVE, Anti-HBC IgM - NEGATIVE,
Anti-HBC  - POSITIVE,  Anti-HBS       - POSITIVE ( 1678 iu/ml)
Anti-HBE       - POSTIVE, ANTI - HCV    - NEGATIVE

Question 1:  from the above test result am I immune to Hep B?
Question 2:  if Exposed to again what is my chance of getting infected again?
Question 3:  I am little worried becos of the presence of ANTI-HBE, Is it good have this antibody?
Question4:   Can you please suggest any time frame when I would have got infected?

A. Two days back my wife took HBASG test and it came back negative. We did not had any sex for last two years as she was carrying before and then she is much busy with managing the twins. Infact there was mutual mastrubation between us 2 months ago. I am not sure about my HBASG status that time.

Question 5; By Considering my test results and her Negative HBSAG - what is her risk she is getting Hep B /C.

B. My Kids where given only two shots of Hep B given . thrid shot is not given. I am not sure my wife was tested for HBASG during her pregenancy.
Question 6: Is the two shots are enough for my kids to get protection from any body fluid contacts from me or from my wife, we have given deep kiss to my twins many time with excess salaliva which I doubt they would have got some in their mouth?

Since I am unable to intrepret my result and I am worried at waht time I was infected and if there was a chance that I would ahve infected  my wife and then kids. or I would have infected them recently ( with in six months ) if I am  acute.
Please help to understand the result and how to protected my loved once.

You have had HBV and cleared it that is what those antibody tests mean. You should make sure your wife and kids are vaccinated against HBV, which it sounds like the kids are. Make sure they get their third vaccine. You cannot give HBV to anyone since you are immune to it and you cannot get it again either. There is no way to tell about the time when you might have had it. At least 6 weeks before that test and anytime in your life before that. Nothing to worry about here.  Stay well ! DTD

Thank you for your guidance and help. I am very happy to hear to I am clear and immune for further infections. As per you advise I am planning for the following:

I have tested my wife all her test came negative. I am planning for her Vaccination.

I have tested for HbsAG for my kids they came negative and I should receive their Anti-HBs count today. I will be giving the third shot.

I have one more clarification:

1). Does a protected and non-penetrative sex for very breif period ( 6 to 10 Secs) pose any Hep B / Hep C transmission.

Kum

I have elevated ALT :60 and GGT : 70, I have left abdominal pain and loose motion for one week.

I have tested NEGATIVE for ANTI-HCV  @ 16 weeks after a possible exposure.  I worried about HCV.

Is my test at 16 weeks can be conclusive, and What would be cause for my elevated ALT and GGT.( I use to drink for two months before this test)

Best Regards and thanks
