Protocall for Combo Therapy

Good Morning
I have not been genotyped. I was treated with mono therapy in 1995 for 12 months, viral load was 3mil + when I started and <600 when I stoped. In three years my viral load was back up to 6mil + . The whole time my ALT has never been above 29 . I am currently 5 months into combo therapy.
WBC    RBC     HGB      HCT     MCH     MCHC  RDW  PltCnt ALT
1.6c  3.83L   11.9L     36L     31       33  14.8H  95L   16
After one month of combo therapy my HepC RNA was<600 and has stayed that way for 5 months. My question is do I stop at 6 months? If the sugestion is continue for another 6 what do I do about the WBC and the HGB. Thank You
