I was wondering if there is any link between loss of bone with the Interferon , I have severe bone pain , I have been off of treatment for 4 years now , the pain is so severe I have to take morphine . What damage does the interferon do ? I know it is toxic and must do some kind .Have there been studies ?

I hurt all over all the time. I was told at Mayo that we have fatigue,..and some pain on the liver area if it is swollen or inflammed,..but not all over. WRONG!!!  I talk to people in support groups who have Myalgia type pain all the time. I almost am used to it..but some days it knocks my socks off. I'm so tired of Doctors saying it is in  our minds. NO IT ISN"T...it is IN my BODY!!! Your not alone Marsha...Mary Anna
