Sex and Hep C

I have another twist to the "Sex and Hep C" issue... I've had a vasectomy. Isn't the part of semen that contains any blood at all the actual sperm? If so... can Hep C be transmitted through normal intercourse if nobody is bleeding from anywhere and you've had a vasectomy?
