hepatitis c treatment options

  i was recently diagnosed w/ hepc but have been asymptomatic. i'm wondering about treatment options or if i even need to worry about it right now. my liver enzymes were very high 2 mos. ago but have since gone down:
  ALT was 454, now 162
  ALP was 147, now 90
  AST was 163, now 66
  GGT was 678, now 348
  also, if i did end up starting treatment, would i be able to participate in a clinical trial, and who could i contact?
