please evaluate and comment upon my report?
live biopsy: active cirrhosis.
inflammatory activity mild to moderate.
portal lymphocytic aggregrates and steatosis present compatable with history of HCV.
rare focus with minimal iron present in portal inflammatory infiltraite.
no hepatocellular iron seen.
no alpha-1-antitrypsin-like inclusions identified.
special stains examined-4
this is all I was given. Am I missing a second page with numeric values and such? He did say my viral load was 1 ml. Recommended combo therapy.Thank you much, Eddie

additional Questions; Will the active cirrhosis spread on it's own if the cause is removed ?.Am I still a good case for combo therapy with the cirrhosis? Will the treatment cut the inflammation that has been there for months now? Thank you from us all for being there!!
