symptoms or flu?

I have been HIV for many years...asymptomatic and undetectable.
I have had Hep C for over a year. Normal enzymes. I am a recovering addict, and have recently had a setback/slip. (out 3 days in a five week period total)Alcohol was used slightly during this whole period too.
Since...I have been constantly nausious,(especially after eating) head cold-like symptoms, run down and just generally sick feeling. The confusion is I have been sniffling and congested too. This has been going on for two weeks straight with no let up. My liver doesn't feel particularly tender, however my lower right side is, and kidneys are sore (1 week)
I am concerned. I am also sober now. Will these feelings go away, or .....?

I would like to know the symtoms (symptoms) of liver disease.Or kidney disease.
