test results and recommended pain relievers

  I would appreciate your help in interpreting some test results from my physician.  The lab results were done by Smith Kline for HCV RNA.  Under Test Name it says, 6883 HCV RNA, Quan; Under Result it says, 13.10, Under Units it says HCV, MEQ/ML  and last, under Reference Range it says <0.20.  The other tests were PT, Result 12.2, INR Result 1.1, and APTT Result 30.5 (all in seconds/units).  What does this all mean?  Are they in the normal range?  The other question I had concerns safe painkillers.  I've recently heard that ibupropren (NSAIDS) are bad for HCV patients as is Tylenol.  Is it safe then, in your opinion, to occasionally use Aleve?  What else is left?????
